SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

  • Each order is shipped on the first working day available after payment confirmation.

    Youmooda currently ships to Italy, Europe and USA (for the complete list of countries to which we ship, see the FAQs) via DHL. Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday. The shipping cost is 8 € for Italy. For orders made from abroad there may be higher costs, depending on the destination. Our courier guarantees a second passage. Before the second passage, the courier will try to contact you using the phone number indicated in your order. For more information see the section Terms and Conditions , Shipping point.

CHANGES

  • If you want to change the address where your order will be delivered, please send us your request as soon as possible and we will be happy to help you, unless the courier has already picked up your order. Orders received by 2pm are dispatched the same day.

    If you change your mind about your order, for any reason, Youmooda will be ready to cancel it, unless the package has already been picked up from our office. In this case, you can still return the package. To find out how to return your order, please check the section dedicated to order cancellation.

PACKAGE TRACKING

  • After making the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing the order number, the shipping and billing data, the list of products ordered followed by a brief description and the total price, shipping costs included.

    If a problem occurs in the acceptance of the order, you will receive a email with details and you may be asked for more information.

    Once the package containing your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the link to refer to for tracking your package.

    Delivery times vary, depending on the area in which you live. Generally, the package is delivered by 1 to 3 working day after the shipment. Please also note that if your address is considered a "remote area" by our courier, delivery times may vary.

    We also remind you that the courier does not deliver to the floor and that if the address from you provided is not complete, it may be impossible to deliver the package.

    Please remember also that you have 10 working days from the shipping date to contact us, if the package does not arrive at its destination. If you contact us beyond the 10 days mentioned above, we cannot guarantee a refund.
