• Each customer can exercise the right of withdrawal according to the decree law 206/2005. Thanks to the "satisfied or refunded" guarantee, you have 10 days from the delivery of the goods to return the items that do not satisfy you. Only items not yet worn or used, with the tag still attached and stored in the original packaging, will be accepted.

  • Also, we inform you that if in your order there are more than one item and if you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will have to return the entire order.


  • No later than 10 days from receipt of the goods, you should login into your account and search for the order you are not satisfied with. After selecting the order, indicate the reason why you intend to return the goods. Youmooda staff will send you an email confirming receipt of the request. Please keep in mind that additional data might be requested.

  • After receiving confirmation, you can prepare the return package with: the product, a copy of the confirmation email and the transport document containing the data of your order (number and date of the order). You can then ship it back via a tracked courier.

  • The return of the garments must be received within 7 days of receiving the return confirmation.

  • If you want to replace the product, you will still have to follow the procedure indicated above for returns and place a new order.


  • All returned items will be inspected by our team and must comply with the parameters previously indicated. Youmooda reserves the right to establish a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods if they does not comply with the conditions indicated in the terms and conditions section.

  • Youmooda reserves the right to not accept unauthorized returns.

  • Once the return has been made, we will check that it complies with our returns policy and you will be refunded via the payment method you used for this transaction. Please note that it may take a few days before we get your refund depending on the payment method you use. The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which you received the confirmation email from our staff to start the return procedure. If the payment had been made by bank transfer, we ask you to send us an email to containing your IBAN and the reference to the order you made.
